The team handles over 90 calls a day from all over the UK. They’ll assess your case and advise you on an appropriate course of action. Options include ‘no-win no-fee’ representation, a legal letter-writing service, drafting employment tribunal documents or engaging us to represent you on a fee-paying basis.

Background
Ciara joined us in 2019 and was quickly promoted to Client Relations Manager having started as a client relations assistant. Before that, she spent her entire working life in people-facing roles, including extensive retail customer service experience and as Training Manager in a sales call centre.
Qualifications
Ciara is currently working towards achieving her LLB via the Open University – it’s a three-year higher education qualifying law degree.
Outside work
To relax, Ciara enjoys family time, playing acoustic rock guitar, and reading true crime and crime fiction.
