Ayesha qualified as an employment solicitor in 2015, following seven years of experience in criminal defence where she worked as both a fee earner and police station representative. Her practice covers the full spectrum of employment law, and she regularly advises and represents employees in workplace disputes and Employment Tribunal proceedings.
Throughout her career, Ayesha has acted on a broad range of complex matters. She previously served as the sole employment solicitor at a legal advice charity, managing claimant cases from their initial stages through to lengthy tribunal hearings. She later worked within a leading trade union practice, advising on issues including whistleblowing, TUPE, contractual disputes and wider employment law developments, as well as supporting training initiatives. Her subsequent experience representing local authorities and associated public sector organisations has provided valuable insight into the challenges faced by employers within local government, schools and fire services.
Clients value Ayesha’s approachable manner, practical advice and commitment to achieving effective outcomes. She focuses on delivering clear, straightforward guidance without unnecessary legal jargon and combines legal expertise with a commercially aware approach to help clients resolve employment issues efficiently and confidently.
