We are an employment law practice acting for employees/claimants only predominantly in cases of unfair dismissal, discrimination and settlement agreements
The role will see you running Tribunal claims from start to finish and:
- Assessing prospects of success and determining best methods of funding
- Preparing early conciliation forms
- Drafting and lodging ET1’s
- Advising a client on the law and legal issues relating to their case
- Drafting documents, letters and contracts tailored to the client’s individual needs
- Supervising and reviewing the work of a small team of trainee solicitors and paralegal.
Required Criteria
- Employment law specialist
- 2 – 4 years PQE
- Claimant background
- Experience of running own case load and Tribunal claims from start to finish
- Advocacy experience
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and conversation
- Ability to plan work and prioritise tasks
